This wine is already smooth, fruity and perfumed. It has attractive acidity and a rich, baked apple character that is pointed up by the layer of toastiness. Drink now, although the wine will be better from 2017.

The village of Saint-Romain is located on the South of Beaune and produces essentially white wines. The vineyards have a East/South-East exposition to the sun.

You can drink this elegant wine with a salmon filet enhanced with lemon juice.
